CB Rules
Rules specific to RUSK Custom Battle lobbies.
§4. RUSK Custom Battle Rules
A. Killing and Revenge Killing
- Random killing isn’t allowed in the custom and you are permitted one revenge kill on the person that killed you.
- Please do not involve yourself in other people killing each other as they might be friends and are just doing it for fun.
- However, as opposed to the previous statement, if you see someone killing a whole number of people in short succession, feel free to kill them.
B. Language
- Keep swearing to a minimum and do not use slurs and certainly do not tell someone to kill themselves!
- Please also refrain from talking about any sort of politics in the custom.
- The same zero tolerance against homophobia, transphobia, sexism and racism policy from our discord also applies to the custom.
C. Peacekeeping
- RUSK operates with peacekeepers, meaning there is no reason to call for a mod if there is only a small number of KOS (Kill on Sight) players in the custom.
- If you see someone randomkilling and want to have him be KOS, say so in chat and also mention their name in custom-chat or peacekeeper-text.
- If the custom is overrun with KOS, use the /mod command to call for a mod to the custom. And while you wait for a mod to log in, pick out a grid square away from both team’s spawns to create a small chill area.
D. Behaviour and Tank Appearance
- Do not participate in any NSFW or political actions in the custom (examples could be repeatedly humping or driving back and forth into the back of another tank).
- Keep your tanks clean of any NSFW or political decals (ZOV, Swastika, other symbols that are political or NSFW but NOT provided by gaijin themselves).
E. Reporting
- If someone has broken our rules, please report them in custom-battle-reports.
F. Peacekeeper Specific Rules
- As a part of the server and a keeper of peace, to keep order you can remind people it’s a chill server and not to swear or throw slurs around.
- Kill the KOS and keep them in spawn so they can’t or have a harder time killing random people.
- Ask for a mod if there are too much KOS to handle.
- Create a chill area (grid square(s)) while a mod logs on.
- Reminder that mods and peacekeepers are not above the rules.
G. RUSK Squadron
- A ban from the custom will also result in a ban from the squadron.
H. Catch-All Clause and Extra Information
- §4.A-B are also effective in the custom.
- Using spectator mode in the custom can result in a kick as to prevent mass reporting bots.
- Throwaway, random, or temp usernames are subject to immediate kick due to the nature of spam accounts becoming kos. Examples of such names are "_28732984" "temp 12021" "dn191dklh02"
- RUSK will stay neutral in the event of a fight between squadrons and any members that continue fighting after being asked to stop by a mod will be kicked.
